I’m having trouble logging on to the store, what can I do?

For returning customers, you can sign in on the Home page or in the Store area after you have chosen the products you want to purchase. On the right side of your screen is an area that reads Sign In with your user name and password. (Do not fill out any of the profile update information or it will not allow you to login). If you continue to have problems, please call Customer Service at 1-800-474-6264, Monday-Friday, 8:00 – 4:30 pm CST

How long until I get my order?

Processing time from when the order is placed is typically 24 hours, Monday-Friday. At times, processing delays can occur during heavy shipping periods. All orders placed online, requiring overnight delivery needs to be placed prior to 12 pm (CST) in order to guarantee delivery. If in doubt, it is best to place your order by phone with Customer Service, 1-800-474-6264 Monday-Friday. Once the order is processed, timing for delivery is based on the shipping method that was chosen.

What shipping methods are used in the Continental United States?

Growing Families current offers six different shipping methods:

Note – if placing an order that needs rush delivery it must be placed before 12 pm (CST). Orders placed after 2 pm are not guaranteed to ship the next business day. Therefore, it is probably best to call 1-800-474-6264 and order through Customer Service so you can express your need for a rush delivery.

I live outside the United States or APO/FPO addresses, can I still order?

Depending on where you live you can either order through us or one of our Ministry Partners. For a listing of Ministry Partners see the International Partners tab on our website. If there isn’t a partner in your area, you may also email to customerservice@gfi.org and your email will be forwarded to our order department where they will follow up and confirm pricing and shipping method prior to shipping. Please note: when placing and order from outside the U.S., it is important to include your full address, telephone number, and Credit Card Number with expiration date. All International Orders must be paid for prior to shipment.

What if I need to return a product I purchased?

If you need to return your purchase for any reason, you must obtain prior authorization by calling Customer Service at 1-800-474-6264 to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Product to return must be in new condition. Returns must be processed within 60 days from the date of purchase (no exceptions) and a 15% restocking fee is applicable.

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

If you have an email address set up in your profile you will receive an email confirmation that your order has shipped. Otherwise, you can call Customer Service – 1-800-474-6264, 24 hours after you have placed your order to check on the status.

How can I cancel my order / item?

To cancel or change an order once it’s been placed you must call Customer Service at 1-800-474-6264, Monday-Friday, 8:00 – 4:30 pm CST.
