The Good Food Institute has launched a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on the basics of plant-based and cell-based meat. Following GFI’s collaborations with Stanford and Berkeley to establish courses on slaughter-free meats, we’re making this learning opportunity available to anyone and everyone through the online learning platform Canvas.

GFI Academic Advisor Allison Berke, Ph.D., is ready to teach you everything about these new forms of meat production from the history to the biochemistry and environmental advantages. All for free, at your own pace, and anywhere in the world.
